Went to check a Jag F-Pace and bought one. Best customer service made it so smooth for me and my wife to get the deal we wanted. Sales Manager (Aaron) was great to work with. JC Miller helped us out as sales person. 4stars because the car was too dusty, when we test drove it and got my allergies tri...ggered. Was cleaned and detailed when picking it up though... But am happy for getting the car, Overall it was a good experience. Show more

***Ask for Laura***We had a wonderful experience with Laura. She's been accommodating and quite straight on the deal. Although it took a while to get the paperwork done, we never had a dull moment. She stays with you and when momentarily with a potential client, always checks in on how you are doing.... Did a very good job alleviating, understandably beyond her control, the waiting situation . When there is another opportunity to acquire a different vehicle, I will definitely check with her first and ask the paperwork be prepared ahead of time.***Thanks Daniel***I am a very inquisitive person, every little detail beyond the acquisition price is looked into. This is where Daniel offered his expertise, he made sure that all of our concerns were addressed and glad to say that his efforts went beyond what we normally expected. Laura and Daniel exemplified Niello's mission statement and core values as seen in niello.com/mission.php.***Nice digital and actual presentation***If you look at their website, you will see how they took the time to ensure the very good quality of the presentation. Seeing the car ready for you is even better, the dealership made sure that it is presented right to the smallest detail. Upon acquisition, I requested the unaltered copies be sent. Reviewing their SERVICE Department:We had to take one of our cars in for service rather unexpectedly.  After dealing with a nightmare of an experience with the tow truck company we were pretty stressed.  I made contact with the service department and had the pleasure of being put under the care of... their service professional Steven Cairns, what a breath of fresh air he was!  Immediately he made us feel calm and reassured that our situation would be taken care of immediately.  He gave us realistic time frames for completion and always remained professional and in constant communication.  He was very explicative when explaining to us what our vehicle needed and why.  We felt a sense of trust and knew that we were in good hands.  He even recommended an additional service that was needed and covered under warranty for our car.  We were more than satisfied with the experience we had overall with the Service Department with Niello Jaguar but Steven made the experience memorable.  We will not hesitate to take our vehicle here in the future for the same reliable and fast service we have received already. Recently we had our LR4 serviced at the Rocklin location and Jim in particular was terrific in the entire process.  The only reason they did not recieve five stars is because the rental car wasnt ready, though that might be more on Enterprise than Land Rover.

I am writing this review in regards to the service department, not sales or land rover reliability in general.My 06 land rover developed a serious coolant leak over the weekend and had to be towed in on Sunday. I spoke to someone from sales who said the service department was closed and that someone... would call me on Monday. Monday came and I received a call stating that although I didn't have an appointment a technician would probably be able to make a diagnosis in-between other people's appointments. The diagnosis came back as a relatively minor repair (one that probably would have been noticed if I had bothered to make my 90k service, oh well), and the car was fixed.While in the shop I decided to have the 90k service done to the car to keep from having to make another trip back. The service rep I spoke to said I would most likely not get the car back until Wednesday afternoon as they had to order a part from somewhere. The part (brake lines) arrived on time and the car was repaired a few hours ahead of when it had been promised.When I went in to pick up the car all of the service reps were busy, so I just went to the cashier and paid. The car had received a basic detailing (very convenient for me) without my asking, and looked pretty good.Everything went pretty much as expected, except for the detailing of the car. That event turned an average experience into a great one for me. Show more
